Saving Throw vs. Alzheimer’s – 24-hour charity stream

June 15, 2016 Dungeon Master 3275 No Comments

Hello gamers!

We’re once again battling to end Alzheimer’s by teaming up with the Alzheimer’s Association and participating in their Longest Day event. Last year we raised over $2600 for Alzheimer’s research. This year we’re hoping to shatter that record and raise $4000! Of course we need your help to make this happen.

Starting Friday, June 17th at 7:00pm PDT we’ll be gaming for 24 hours STRAIGHT – all the way till 7pm PDT Saturday, June 18! All donations made to our stream for the ENTIRE MONTH will go to the Alzheimer’s Association. And you can donate one of two ways – either through our normal donation page or via our official ALZ team page. You can even donate to specific team members!

That’s not all, your donations can influence the games and unlock objectives like more XP, Nerf Wars, and other goodies for everyone! The full list of game rewards is here: http://bit.ly/EndALZ_2016

How to Donate

You can donate either via our TwitchAlerts donation page here: https://www.twitchalerts.com/donate/savingthrowshow (this is NOT tax-deductible)
Or directly to the ALZ Association on our team page here: http://act.alz.org/goto/savingthrow2016 (this IS tax-deductible)

Please note, if you’d like to redeem a reward and you’re donating through the ALZ link, please contact us at dungeonmaster@savingthrowshow.com and let us know which one you’d like to redeem!

Where to Watch

Throughout the day we’ll have special giveaways, XP boosts, and other rewards for you! So we hope you can tune in. Here’s our schedule for the weekend. Maybe there’s a game you want to see? Tune in to twitch.tv/savingthrowshow – heck, follow us now for a notification when we go live!
